The Challenge

To test user engagement with email, and improve conversion from the ECRM channel.

The Solution

Over the course of two years, I created a range of emails for Uniqlo, we tested for a variety of different audiences and user groups and discovered for example generically that the male audience responds better to postcard format, whilst the female audience responds better to longer fashion lead emails.

 

We then further tested this into smaller groups and this enabled us to organise users into groups and to create emails catered to each group. The emails needed to be creative and represent the brand use of bright colours and fast high-quality fashion.
