The Challenge

Creative ways to display products within the Accessorize range, using themed marketing email designs. I both designed and built these emails in HTML. This was in 2011 before designing for mobile became a priority.

The Solution

For the Christmas email the theme we were given by Accessorize was 'Christmas Wishlist', I worked with a copywriter and came up with the idea of a pin board wish list with a selection of items that had been 'wished for' The products were often suggested by accessorize and the copywriter and I created a way of displaying and describing  these products to be appealing to the viewer.

I also worked with the same copywriter to create the Valentines email. A lot of products featured pink and gold so I used this as a colour theme and I created a slightly gimicky heart shape out of the products. 

The new season arrivals 'Top 10' email was intended to display the top 10 best new arrivals in January 2011. There is a large variety of must-have products with descriptions and prices to encourage click through. Three merch spots have been included to push additional collections and increase AOV. Each one eye catching and different, whilst remaining on-brand.

Accessorize is a fashion brand that is the sister brand to Monsoon. They have a wide range of products but primarily focus on accessories such as jewellery, scarves, bags and hair accessories
